We use the contact details, artwork and specifications you submit to review and respond to your request. Payment details are not collected on this store.
Artwork and order access
Uploaded artwork and orders belong to your browser session. A private order URL does not grant access from another browser. Merchant production files require administrator access; public catalog images are display previews. Browser access lasts up to 30 days and can be lost if cookies are cleared. Save your request number and contact us for help.
Shopping measurement
When measurement is allowed, we record page visits, referral sources and actions such as uploading artwork, choosing specifications and submitting requests. We do not record keystrokes or screen recordings. Browser privacy signals and the measurement preference are respected. Measurement is optional for shopping.
Detailed browsing records are kept for up to 90 days. Non-personal daily counts may be kept longer to compare store performance. Order and inquiry records are kept separately for follow-up. Search Console reports contain aggregate search information, not a link between an individual customer and a search query.
Public server request counts
Separately from optional shopping measurement, we keep daily operational counts of requests to public pages, discovery files and search display images for about 30 days. These counts help distinguish verified search crawlers from other requests and are not counts of people. IP addresses may be used temporarily for crawler DNS verification; we do not save them in these reports. Private order paths, request query strings and full browser identifiers are not stored in these server counts.
