Dinosaur Car Stickers: Upright or Running Pose?

Let the pose choose the footprint

An upright dinosaur and a running dinosaur can have similar subject matter but need different spaces. The upright example places its head higher over the legs; the running example stretches its body and tail horizontally. Compare both full outlines before choosing a size from a single width measurement.

A tall open area can accommodate the standing pose without forcing the head close to an edge. A wider area may suit the running pose, provided there is room for the long tail. These are composition choices, not promises that a particular vehicle panel is suitable for adhesion.

Check the smallest gaps

The mouth, small arms and spaces between legs create much of the silhouette's character. At a reduced size, inspect whether those gaps remain visually separate. The outer border also affects the appearance of teeth and toes, so use the product's cut preview instead of judging only the solid black shape.

Keep the direction intentional

The tail and open mouth give each dinosaur a strong direction. Try the complete outline on a paper mockup before rotating it to fit a corner. Mirroring or changing the pose would be an artwork change, not a size adjustment. Pick the pictured version you prefer, or prepare your own file if the design needs to face another way.
