THE STICKERROAR GUIDE

Making One Sticker the Focal Point

Use size differences deliberately when combining a main sticker with smaller supporting designs.

Updated

A black gear-shaped badge frames a city skyline, bold BIKE LIFE lettering and a road motif above a pair of stylized goggles.

What to know

A cluster becomes easier to read when one design clearly leads. The supporting graphics can repeat a color or theme without matching the main sticker's dimensions. Start with the focal piece and add smaller paper shapes around it rather than enlarging everything equally.

Check your plan

  • Select the main subject before the accents.
  • Compare the accents at a visibly smaller size.
  • Remove an accent if it competes with the main design.

A practical example

A large moon-and-cat graphic can be supported by small stars. If the stars become equally prominent, the eye no longer knows where to begin.

The cover is an artwork example from the catalog. Use the measurements and file checks above to evaluate your own project, rather than treating the image as a scale reference.
