Sun and Moon Tree Stickers: A Day-and-Night Composition
Read the bright and dark halves of a sun-and-moon tree design, and check the fine branches and round footprint before choosing a size.
Updated
Let the two halves tell the story
The pictured circular tree places a bright sun and flowers on one side and a darker moon-and-stars scene on the other. A twisting trunk connects the halves, while roots fill the lower portion. The contrast is inside the artwork, so the design does not need a second sticker to create a day-and-night pairing.
Choose this composition if you like a complete scene contained within a circle. If you mainly want a simple tree symbol, compare it with a tree-of-life design, which focuses more directly on branches and roots.
Check the seam between light and dark
Look at how the trunk separates the two backgrounds. The pale flowers and smaller stars carry less visual area than the trunk, so their prominence changes as the preview gets smaller. Decide whether the broad split or the fine seasonal details are more important to your project.
The yellow sun and moon are printed imagery. They do not mean the sticker emits light or has a glow finish. Confirm material options separately from the scene shown in the drawing.
Give the circle an even margin
Use a round paper footprint to compare placement. Align the trunk intentionally rather than treating the decorative roots as a straight bottom edge. Leave visible space around the circle if neighboring graphics are irregular; that gap helps preserve the self-contained composition.
