THE STICKERROAR GUIDE
Tree of Life Stickers: Fine Roots or Broad Curls?
Compare two circular tree designs by the spacing of their branches, roots and white shapes before deciding which detail level you prefer.

Compare the spaces inside the tree
A tree-of-life sticker can look intricate or ornamental even when both versions use only black and white. In the first pictured design, many fine roots spread beneath a twisting trunk and a dense canopy. The alternative uses more curling branches and looping root shapes within the circle.
Look at the dark spaces between the white forms. Those gaps help you see separate branches. If the fine-root version looks busy at your intended size, the curled version offers a different rhythm rather than simply a larger copy of the same drawing.
Treat the black circle as part of the artwork
Both designs place the tree inside a dark circular field. That field is a deliberate part of the picture; it should not be confused with the background of a product photograph. Inspect the catalog preview and intended cut outline before deciding what you want to retain.
Selecting Clear does not automatically remove printed black areas. Likewise, white tree details require a clear material and ink plan if you move away from an opaque base. Use the white-ink guide to describe the result you want.
Make a round paper check
A circular composition needs room on all sides, including near the lower roots. Test the whole circle against the available area rather than aligning only the trunk. Choose based on the drawing you enjoy looking at: these pages describe visible artwork and do not establish a particular cultural meaning or historical origin for the symbols.
