THE STICKERROAR GUIDE

Using a Window Preview as a Layout Reference

Evaluate composition on glass while keeping the preview separate from actual visibility and installation requirements.

Updated

A pink blossom tree stands inside a faceted pink apple shape, with a brown stem, a green leaf and scattered petals around its roots.

What to know

A window preview is useful for comparing light and dark surroundings. It does not establish that a particular vehicle window position is suitable. Start with an unobstructed decorative area, check the view from both sides and confirm any location-specific restrictions before installation.

Check your plan

  • Check what remains visible through the area.
  • Compare the artwork from inside and outside.
  • Confirm the exact adhesive side and orientation.

A practical example

A design that looks centered from outside may sit in an inconvenient part of the view from inside. Review both positions before choosing a larger size.

The cover is an artwork example from the catalog. Use the measurements and file checks above to evaluate your own project, rather than treating the image as a scale reference.
